The Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers (IAPA) was organized in 1981 to promote professionalism and the auction method of marketing. All members are in good standing and subscribe to the code of ethics set forth by the IAPA.

Code of Ethics

All members are asked to abide by and practice the code of ethics, which basically dictates fairness in dealing with clients, the public and other professionals. Further, the IAPA asks all members to recognize the uniqueness of the auction method, to promote it and practice it with an awareness at all times of this uniqueness and its high visibility. All members are to be a credit, an asset, to the Association.
